PoolSupply4Less Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy

At PoolSupply4Less, we are committed to providing quality products and outstanding customer service. Please review the following policies regarding returns, cancellations, warranties, and refunds before placing your order.

Return Policy

We proudly ship only new, unused products in their original manufacturer packaging. Due to the nature of pool equipment and supplies, certain items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Pool cleaners
  • Pool heaters and heat pumps
  • Chemicals, paint, and liquid products
  • Electrical items that are no longer in their original sealed packaging
  • Special order items
  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or altered
  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer (unless permitted under the manufacturer's return policy)

These restrictions help ensure product quality, safety, and warranty integrity.

Returnable Items

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained before returning any merchandise by emailing sales@poolsupply4less.com.
  • Please include your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
  • Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and original components.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the item arrives in resalable condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and refused shipments.
  • Returns received without an RGA will be refused.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Because credit card processors do not refund the processing fees charged to us, all canceled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred when your order is placed.

Changing an Item Instead of Canceling?

If you are canceling an item in order to exchange it for a different product, the 3% cancellation fee will be waived. Instead, we will issue the value of your original order as store credit, which can be applied toward your replacement purchase.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard Return Policy.

Warranty Claims

All products sold by PoolSupply4Less are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty.

If you believe your product is defective:

  • Follow the warranty instructions included with your product.
  • Most warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
  • Manufacturer contact information can be found on our Pool & Spa Manufacturers page.
  • If you need assistance locating manufacturer information, please email sales@poolsupply4less.com.

PoolSupply4Less does not provide any warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty and is not responsible for:

  • Labor or installation costs
  • Product compatibility with your specific equipment
  • Performance expectations beyond the manufacturer's published specifications

Warranty claims are not considered returns and are processed separately.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours.
  • Orders over $300 require an indirect signature upon delivery for security purposes.
  • Most in-stock products ship via FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Shipping times may vary based on manufacturer availability and carrier delays.

Important Information

Pool equipment compatibility can vary greatly depending on your existing system. We strongly recommend verifying compatibility with the product manufacturer before placing your order.

Returned items that have been installed, used, damaged, or are missing original packaging or accessories cannot be resold and are not eligible for return or refund.

Orders refused at the time of delivery will be treated as returns and are subject to outbound shipping charges, return freight charges, and the applicable 15% restocking fee.

Chargeback Policy

We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting PoolSupply4Less may result in:

  • A $50 administrative fee
  • Submission of our Terms and Conditions and supporting documentation to your credit card provider as part of the dispute process
  • Referral of unpaid balances to a third-party collections agency, which may result in additional collection fees and could impact your credit history

Our customer service team is happy to work with you to resolve any concerns before they escalate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return requirements.

Please note:

  • Pool heaters, heat pumps, and pool cleaners are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Orders refused upon delivery are subject to both outbound and return freight charges in addition to the restocking fee.
