  • Terms are published by year — use the document for the year you bought your product.

  • Most Polaris products: 1 year from retail purchase.
  • Robotic cleaners (corded & battery): 2 years.
  • In-ground pressure-side cleaner frames: 5 years.
  • Purchased replacement parts: 90 days.

  • Proof of purchase from an authorized seller is required.

  • 1-year standard warranty on all Betta skimmers, covering mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
