Thank you for choosing PoolSupply4Less. We strive to provide excellent service and quality products. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, please review our shipping,return, and warranty policies below.

Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping on orders over $50 is included on all items shipped within the continental U.S.

  • Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days; pool heaters may take 5–10 business days.

  • Local pickup is available by request — please call in advance for arrangements.

  • Larger items shipped via freight to certain states (WA, OR, SD, ND, MT, WY, ID, Long Island, Staten Island, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard) may incur a $200 surcharge due to additional carrier fees.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of pool equipment and health/safety concerns, some items are not returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Pool chemicals

  • Pool heaters and heat pumps

  • Pool cleaners (any type)

  • Electrical items that have been opened or removed from sealed packaging

  • Paint and liquid products

  • Special order items

These restrictions are in place to maintain product integrity and comply with manufacturer safety regulations.

Returnable Items

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) by emailing sales@poolsupply4less.com with your order number and item details.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

  • You are responsible for return shipping. Instructions and return address will be provided with your RGA.

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Unauthorized returns or returns received without an RGA will not be accepted or credited.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, notify us within 48 hours. We will replace the item at no cost to you. Our responsibility is limited to replacing items damaged in transit only.

Warranty Claims

All products sold at PoolSupply4Less are brand new and include the full manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty support is provided directly by the manufacturer. Contact information is included with your product and available on our website.

  • Once a product has been installed, it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and is not eligible for return or refund through PoolSupply4Less.

  • We do not provide refunds for warranty claims; these are handled per the manufacturer’s policies.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery will be treated as a return and are subject to:

  • 15% restocking fee

  • Shipping charges both ways
