How do I return an item?

At PoolSupply4Less, customer satisfaction and transparency are very important to us. Please review our return and warranty policies below to ensure a smooth transaction and to understand your rights and responsibilities as a valued customer.

Return Policy Overview

We strive to deliver only brand new, unused products in original packaging, directly from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of pool products and our commitment to product integrity, we have specific policies in place:

Non-Returnable Items

To protect product quality and safety, the following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Pool cleaners

  • Pool heaters and heat pumps

  • Chemicals, paint, and liquid products

  • Electrical items not in their sealed, original packaging

  • Special order items

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer (subject to their return policy only)

We cannot accept returns on these items due to safety, warranty, and product integrity concerns. All sales on these products are final.

Returnable Items

Standard items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

  • You must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) by emailing sales@poolsupply4less.com. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product arrives in resalable condition.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned or refused items.

  • Returns without an RGA will not be accepted.

Warranty Claims

All products sold by PoolSupply4Less come with the full manufacturer's warranty. If you believe your product is defective:

  • Please refer to the warranty instructions included with your product.

  • Most warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer.

  • Manufacturer contact numbers can be found on our Pool & Spa Manufacturers page. If you need assistance locating a number, email us at sales@poolsupply4less.com.

Please note that PoolSupply4Less does not offer or imply any additional warranty outside of the manufacturer’s warranty. We are not responsible for labor costs, compatibility issues, or performance expectations outside the scope of the manufacturer’s specifications.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 48 hours if in stock.

  • Items over $300 require indirect signature upon delivery for security purposes.

  • In-stock items ship via FedEx Ground and usually arrive in 3–5 business days.

Important Disclaimers

Due to the complexity and variety of pool systems, we encourage customers to verify compatibility directly with the product manufacturer before purchasing. PoolSupply4Less cannot guarantee fit or functionality in your specific setup unless otherwise stated.

Returned items that do not meet the return conditions may not be eligible for credit. Used or installed items cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned. Any order refused at delivery will be treated as a return and subject to shipping and restocking fees.

Chargeback Policy Notification

Please be advised that initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in an automatic administrative fee of $50.00. In such cases, we will submit a copy of the PoolSupply4Less Terms and Conditions to your credit card provider as part of our dispute response.

Additionally, once a chargeback is filed, further collection efforts may incur additional fees. All unresolved chargebacks will be forwarded to our third-party collections agency, which may impact your credit score.

We strongly encourage customers to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback. We're here to help and aim to resolve matters quickly and professionally.

Refunds

There are no returns or refunds on pool heaters/heat pumps or any pool cleaner! Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt by you. Credit will be issued upon return of item(s) subject to the following terms: You must contact us via e-mail giving us the order date and item number and we will respond by the next 2 business days with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. No item will be accepted for return without this number. We will indicate where the item should be shipped to, freight prepaid. Items for return must be UNUSED, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. We can't accept for return electrical items that are not in their sealed containers. Chemicals, paint, and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.

Returns for refund items and refused items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and all shipping charges. Defective or warranty items are treated as warranty claims, not as a return. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to freight charges both ways.
