It was easy to install as it was an exact replacement.  The pool guy wanted over $800 to replace this light.  If you replace your pool light you will need to use Ribbon Sealer to seal where the wires go into the conduit inside the pool light housing fixture that is built into the wall.  You can find that stuff at your auto parts store.  I used about a foot of 1/4 and shoved it in using a blunt flat head screw driver.  This will keep the water in your pool.
