Glare Shield for Globrite lights.
The GloBrite™ Glare Shield (P/N 620314) is for use on GloBrite™ Color and White Underwater lights. The glare reducing Glare Shield is designed to deflect direct light from the GloBrite LED light lens. Rotate the Glare Shield to the 12 O'clock position for maximum light deflection and increased underwater light. Note: The Glare Shield is recommended for lights installed only on the walls of the pool/spa.

I did not buy this product to reduce the glare of the lights, but instead deflect light downward. My deep end of the pool (8ft) wasn't getting enough light from the small Globrite light at the surface of the water.
This deflects some of the light just as I had hoped. It made the deep end brighter than before, maybe +50%. I'm happy with this product given the circumstances.
