I contacted Pools or less because I had questions about the shipping time and where it would be shipping from because I want to make sure that I would be home when it arrived and that it would be shipped from a fairly local distribution point. The sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable and clearly understood my concern. My Pentair heater arrived in three day. I told the delivery person that I would unpack the heater before signing for it. He had no problem waiting. It was completely intact. It was installed it the same day and we have been enjoying hot tubs every night since. I recommend them because of their customer service and their pricing.
